As noted in another thread, there is an issue with a Wizard of Oz uncredited cast listing. Doing some digging I found:

https://oz.fandom.com/wiki/The_Wizard_of_Oz_Minor_Cast_Members

At the bottom is a reference to a 1977 book, which I am guessing is where they got the list from. If that book isn't good enough, I don't know what is.

My local library has a copy of the book. I just tried to reserve it, but it seems my card has expired. I guess I gotta fix that before getting the book.

My opinion would be a definite … maybe. It would depend on what source the author had. Was he directly involved in the production? Or did he quote a reliable source? If it’s just a list with no source given, then it is no better than a contribution with no source given. In my opinion.

I guess I'll just have to get the book and see what it has.

The 1977 book lists 122 of the 124 munchkins, but not what their specific role was. So, I do not know where the wiki page got the specific list. Like every other wiki page, it is user contributed, making the list 100% accurate, nearly impossible. As indicated in the 1977 book, a majority of MGM documentation was buried 6' under. Kinda like the BBC wiping Doctor Who video tape, valuable information lost forever.

I'm guessing that those who review contributions would not except that web page as a valid reference. I'm not sure that 100% valid reference will ever be found due to the destruction of MGM documentation. This is probably as close as we are ever going to get (without a time machine).
