You are incorrect. The rules are perfectly clear about this. Combos are to be entered as normal profiles which means that all features belong to the main profile. But you are allowed to use a child profile for the included lesser medium.
There are just 2-3 users who want to push their opinion and this is going on for years now. But they never got their way and are still hammering.
Those contributions which remove features from combo profiles are almost everytime rejected and if not the contributions which correct this are always accepted even with a few NO-votes.

I have a contribution pending where I am removing end credits at the end of the cast and crew (The Mandalorian and Grogu Steelbook). I have a no vote with the person saying they are required.

You weren't incorrect but sometimes you're at the seemingly random whim of the reviewers and who else votes. I must have not have the UPC you're discussing because I definitely would have voted yes. So I just got the Lionsgate Limited version of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair. The release comes with 4 discs--2 UHDs and 2 Blu-rays, each containing the full movie spread across two discs. I don't recall seeing this before so I'm not sure how to profile it?
Would you take each disc in the given format and profile them like their own "movie" (the discs for each format are labeled Disc I and Disc II)? This would mean separate running times, etc. FWIW, there are special features on Disc I of each format but nothing on Disc II. FWIW (and this is from someone who keeps the series locally w/o Star Wars in the title), the Lucasfilm site has Star Wars in front of all of the series, with the exception of Andor, which I believe changed their title for season 2.

Just wondering--I see a lot of Arrow and Shout releases that have multiple MCs from the respective companies as MCs (for example, Arrow Films and Arrow Video, Shout Studios and Shout Factory).
Doesn't this go against this from the Contribution Rules?:
