I also noticed with The Phoenician Scheme 4K release this seems to have happened as well.  I don't know how many times I've voted on adding italics to the overview lol...

Maybe they're not actually released yet then. I had that happen before the servers went down (the last time it was unannounced) and they were online once they came back up.

I had a bunch of contributions that were approved "released" last night.  The reason why I put it in quotes is that on most if not all of them, none of the contributions actually ended up on the profile.  So I have to contribute them all again...

The only reason why I think they were is that when I refreshed my list all of the titles came up, just not with the changes I had made.  Very odd...

This is usually caused by a corrupt online profile list. Try this:
Select 'Online / Refresh Online Profile List' which holding down Ctrl.

I got the same error by doing that as well.

@primetime21: You have an answer in the Desktop Technical Support forum. Why post the same question in two forums?

Because I posted it here first as part of this post that contains other information and then thought to post it there afterwards.

I'm sorry it bothers you so much that this happened that you felt the need to make a whole additional post about it.

I'm getting this error when I'm trying to refresh:

"This file format is a later version than this program's version.

The new format is incompatible with this version.

To process this file, obtain a newer copy of DVD Profiler."

But I have the most current version.  Anyone else seeing this and/or have any ideas?

It seems like we're a couple of days behind again on updates being approved but not processed.

Also, I'm getting this error when I'm trying to refresh:

"This file format is a later version than this program's version.

The new format is incompatible with this version.

To process this file, obtain a newer copy of DVD Profiler."

But I have the most current version.  Anyone else seeing this?

To be fair, it was the second post from the top so hard to find

Yeah I got some more approved today too.  Interesting that those two things aren't intertwined or automated somehow.  Hopefully they'll get processed soon, and also curious to see what will mean.  Will they get processed in order?  For example, if a title had something approved on 7/28 and something else approved on 7/30 will they process 7/28 and then 7/30?  Because sometimes contributions have things that overwrite another contribution, especially when it comes to images.

Oh well, I guess we'll see...

Is anyone else seeing their contributions approved but not released?  I have some dating back to the 28th that are approved but are not updating/being released.

This should probably be amended as the release is broken down into seasons/discs and will have different entries in the CLT and as seen in other entries in the thread, seasons of a show can count separately (and can have different results as also seen here).

With that being said:

The State: The Complete Series: Season 1: Kerri Kenney
The State: The Complete Series: Season 2: Kerri Kenney
The State: The Complete Series: Season 3: Kerri Kenney
The State: The Complete Series: Season 4: Kerri Kenney

These results should also flip the common name to Kerri Kenney.

Just what it is on the UHD; completely agree with Nosferatu

OKay so that was it.  Somehow when I made the alternate profile, it ended up in two places at once--as a second entry along with the original and in the new location where had it.

Not sure how or why, but that fixed it.

Thanks for the suggestion!

No, it's actually a brand new, alternate profile

The original Disc ID profile is part of a set though.  Would that have anything to do with it?

I'm fairly certain I've had this same example before with no issues.

This has happened to me a few times before but somehow I managed to fix it but I don't remember how.

I am unable to add a child profile to another profile.  I have no idea why; the Disc ID profile simply doesn't show up to be added.

Has anyone else had this happen before and if so do you remember how you fixed it.

Not sure if it matters, but the title is the UHD/Blu-ray combo for A League of Their Own, UPC 043396-637528

I thought Colin Wilson (1961) was accepted but I just made a contribution with him in it and it said it wasn't?
