| Try syncing your iPhone to your Windows version instead of downloading from the online database. That provides the best results. The online database backup function stopped working for iPhones over a year ago. I assume the same is true for Android phones. You have two options.
1. Live with it and back up your phone frequently.
2. Buy the Windows app and sync your phone to it. This also has the advantage of allowing you to export your library to another Android app such as MyMovies.
