I tried to scan like 10 movies/films just now, but none of them worked, so the Plugin has totally stopped working for me

I have these errors on some profiles, but not all, but I can't find a pattern on those not working...

Thank you, Gunnar. Will seek my teeth into this new tool in the next days. Just when I thought I was out, you pull me back in!

Thanks for the latest updates, Gunnar.

Is it just me, or is 'Stay On Top' no longer working, be it with 'dialogs' or without? As soon as I click into the DVDP window, all Tmdb windows are reduced to the taskbar...

Be aware that CCE2 fetches wrong birth years from 2000 up for actors/actresses from time to time, even when they are correct in the IMDb. I just went through some profiles from the Alfred Hitchcock Box Set and noticed that.

For example in FRENZY (1972) the actors/actresses June Ellis, Drewe Henley, Bunny May and Jeremy Young came with fictitious birth years from 2000 up!

Thanks for always keeping this mighty tool up to date, Carsten. Much appreciated.

One question: As I have CCE2 running on two computers, is there any chance to merge the two local persons/birth year cache files into one (to update it on both computers from time to time?

I asked the same question in 2014, it seems. Let's see...

Croud, let's all say 'Thank you' to Gunnar for keeping the DVDP alive with his various PlugIns and the invaluable updates for them.

Gunnar, you're one of a kind - THANK YOU!

The same would be, of course, also invaluable for TmdbCheck

Me again, Gunnar.

I noticed, when comparing the cast from the plug-in with the website, that not all actors are fetched (i.e. the 'uncredited ones'). For example on the movie 'The Man from Bitter Ridge' (1955) it's eleven cast members on the plug-in vs. twenty-two on the website.

Do you see a possibility that the plug-in mines all of them, Gunnar?

Thanks for looking into it!

Hi Gunnar, further testing went fine - no problems arose.

One question to further simplify picture-grabbing, as I believe the overall quality of pictures to be better than in the IMDb: Is it possible to mark cast and crew with a small symbol in the 'movie cast and crew' window, when they feature a portrait in the Tmdb? When you have a long list with many entries, that would reduce the time as you would just need to click on the person where the 'Person' window is opened with a portrait to compare with your own.

Thank you so very much!

Gunnar, it would be very handy and helpful if we could just have the ability to copy (right click with mouse button) the profile picture of actor/actress/crew and paste it into DVDP. Tricky?

It would also be handy to have TmdbInfo windows to permanently stay on top (by checkbox) and remember their size and window position.

Found the 'culprit' - DJs CastCrewCopy&Paste triggered the error on start-up. Uninstalled, but it doesn't affect the error in BYV.

Yes, I have Edge installed and tried it out just now, working fine. I also loaded IMDb on it, just to be sure.

This happens for all titles, Gunnar. And it may not even be related to your PlugIn, as I completely reinstalled DVDP a few weeks ago and I do get another error message on start-up (System.Ressources.Extensions,...) .

So, possibly that error is just triggered again by your PlugIn
